What's actually in the 90 days?

What isn't in the pilot?

The pilot is social media management and content creation. It does not include a tracked phone number, lead-routing setup, or a CRM system for your enquiries. Those are useful for some businesses, but they're a separate build with a separate cost, quoted only if and when you want one.

Direct messages stay with you. We add the first comment on every post, but enquiries landing in your inbox are answered by your team, who can actually quote and book the work.

Any filming is quoted separately per shoot day. Video we can make without a shoot, like motion graphics and typography pieces, or edits from footage you supply, is part of the retainer.

How does it end?

At the 90-day mark, you get a clear view of what the feed looks like now and what it took to get there. From the dashboard, you either renew into ongoing management or stop. Nothing rolls over automatically, and nothing is owed beyond the pilot term.

Questions about the pilot

What happens after the 90 days?

You renew on the dashboard or walk away. There's no hard feelings clause and no lock-in beyond the pilot term.

Is filming included in the pilot?

Any filming is quoted separately per shoot day, agreed with you upfront and never averaged into the monthly fee. Video we can produce without a shoot, such as motion graphics, typography and infographic pieces, or edits cut from footage you supply, is included in the retainer.

Does the pilot include lead tracking or a CRM?

No. The pilot covers social media management and content creation. Lead tracking and CRM setup are a separate add-on, quoted only once you know you want it.

What do I get at the end of each month?

A one-page report covering what was posted and how the feed grew and engaged that month, written in plain language.
